Reclaimed Treasure

September 28th, 2009

I’ll soon be headed to Hamamatsu Seaside Golf Club in Japan for the annual Museum & Gallery meeting. I’ve been working on the trophies for this year’s tournament and I’ve used 303 stainless pipe to create parts of the trophies. I’ve shared in the past that I actually discovered these pipes at a local metal recycling yard. Here’s a sneak peek at one of the trophy badges I’m hand-crafting for the winners. The old adage “One man’s junk is another man’s treasure” comes to mind.

Hello Scotty-san,

I look forward to meeting you in an M & G meeting!!!
When I think about an M & G meeting, I am excited!!!

There are few chances, but aims at the trophy which you made this year.
What will the special putter of this year?
