Canadian Cameron Convention

Cameron collectors are truly scattered all across the world. It makes me feel great to know that you have all found each other and make the time to get together to share in your passion for Cameron putters.

Ted Yong sent in these great pictures from the Canadian Cameron Convention, which was held September 12 & 13 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Looks like a great time was had by all.

  1. That’s great stuff, eh? Very nice representation from our Canadian bretheren! That long neck GSS NP II is SICK!!!

  2. WOW … Great to see we made the blog , thanks for sending in the pictures Ted !
Despite mother nature’s best efforts to put a damper on the weekend , I think everyone had a blast !
I was amazed at the distances that some people traveled to make the Canadian Convention …
From Halifax N.S. to Calgary Alberta and from Metter Ga. to NYC !
It not only shows the extent of friendships that have been forged , but also speaks volumes to the mutual enthusiasm of collecting the best putters in the world ! An enthusiasm that stretches well north of the 49th parallel !

To all the old friends and new ones , that showed up , thank you making the event truly special !
Hopefully with Scotty’s blessing we can make this an annual event !
I predict next years event will be twice the size , and twice as much fun !

PS … Wait till you see the ideas I have for the 2009 Canadian Cameron Convention Cover !

  3. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed being part of this inaugural event, putting faces to the names of people we chat with so regularly, getting to see some absolutely FANTASTIC putters and most importantly solidifying some really great friendships. Dan, Adam and everyone who helped organize this event THANKS again, cannot wait until next years meet up already.
