A Refreshed ScottyCameron.com
March 6th, 2008
Just in case you haven’t seen our new site, it’s up! I’m very excited about this new look and feel, as it showcases my putters and products, as well as my design ideas, in the best light possible.
We’ve reorganized the content, given you an easier-to-navigate menu, and added a bunch of cool Flash that brings the putters to life. Check out the new Making the Studio Select video by clicking here and then clicking on the Video button to the left.
Stay tuned as I hope to keep you even more updated about happenings at the Studio and on Tour in the months to come. Thanks for checking out the Blog, and the re-designed ScottyCameron.com.

Hello Scotty-san!
Who——–o !!!!!!
I welcome a new homepage.
It is easy to see plainly !
The tour photograph in the past can not be seen?

My apologies, Tomohiro, but we could not keep everything from the old site.
All the best,
Scotty

I absolutely love your video on the manufacturing process of the Studio Select putters. I found it to be very interesting and informative. It makes me want to know more about the entire process of making a putter (from design to finished product). I enjoyed viewing the milling machine doing it’s work and having you explain the step by step what was occuring. This video is by far my favorite!
Thanks for sharing!

Wow!
Just a first class set-up!
Quality throughout!
….about your 08 putter line-up section, there appeared to be some empty space… a Squareback might just be the perfect fit! Just A Thought Mr. Cameron!

Could not find a place to ask questions on the website. What does “draft sole” mean and what models are designed with it?
A draft sole is when I mill negative bounce on the sole of the putter. It helps the putter sit square at address. There’s a good explanation here: http://www.scottycameron.com/putters/putterfamily.aspx?id=5
Take care,

Love your new website and I find it easy to navigate it. I enjoy watching the pros try the new putters you have lined out in a nice circle.
If I ever came up a situation when I could step in and try the new putters before deciding on one to use, I would feel like I died and went to heaven! Triple Heaven! I hope those guys truly and really do appreciate what you do for them as no one would hand out a free putter without receiving a credit card. True appreciation is not buying your drinks, but a sincere, heartfelt thanks for helping with their putter needs.
Until then, I will hae to wait until I die and go to heaven before I can enjoy picking out a putter to use on heaven’s green acres.
I own three Scotty Cameron putters – two oil cans (Newport and Napa) and one Newport in stainless steel. All have been modded to 36 inch length and have their headcovers. I keep them in pristine condition to enjoy and play with them.
Keep up the great work! And I do envy those lucky pros!
