Aloha from Kapalua
January 4th, 2008
Just wanted to let you know that all is well in the islands. I had a busy few days catching up with the pros, as well as introducing my new putters to them. As of this writing, Titleist ambassador Nick Watney was leading with a new Scotty Cameron Newport Squareback Xperimental Prototype. Go, Nick!
If you’d like to check out some pictures from this week’s trip, you can click here. Thanks for stopping by.

Aloha!!
Awesome…we’ll all be tuning in rooting for any of the horses in the Cameron stable to start the year in the win column!
Nice work on the photos…now if only the ’08 Hula would show up somewhere…the suspense is killing us at TCC…lol
Mahalo Scotty & Crew!!
aloha, scotty.
enjoy your week at the Sony, where you re-acquaint yourself with most of the tour pros.
very nice photos from Kapalua. Especially the one where you are taking a “pair of pliers” for adjustment purposes to a pro’s gamer(my guess is Badd’s gamer..:) )
smart money at the cameroncollector.com has that no finish, bullet-soled putter belonging to a “prominent player” by the name of Justin Leonard….?????
good luck with the introduction fo your new Tour putter line at the Sony.
Mahalo and Aloha,
Eddie G.
WOW! Some great pictures of the Pacific and the golf course…..suprised to not see any surfers around
I would love to see that tour players putter with the bullet sole in it…SWEET! Cool picture with Mr. Moynahan! Great start to one of the best seasons for Scotty Cameron and Titleist!

Once again, amazing pictures and thank you for keeping us up to date with whats going on with your tour staff and players.
Is the Newport Squareback a face-balanced putter?
Given its recent success on tour (Especially with Nick Watney this week!), is there any chance of seeing the Squareback and Fastback go public?
Thank you and congratulations on starting another season on top (But not jinxing it for tomorrow!),
CPO
Is their any way to get Watney’s putter prototype onto the market in the near future?
Hey Walker,
I think we should start a Squareback Petition to let Mr. Scotty C. know that the Squareback (and Fastback) is a putter for the People, by the Person (person being Scotty).
Take care,
Jimmy James
